1. The bidder shall furnish tee prices in above format only, indicating applicable rates in percentage if any wherever applicable. if any of the rain are INCLUDED el THE BASIC PRICE or SALPG not applicable the same shall be dearly indicated in the reweave columns of the Commercial Bid.
2. Freight Charges quoted in percentage per unit shall be upto SALPG Stores.
3 Detailed breakup of Other Levies Charges, if any should be given against OTHERS (SI Noc 16) in COMMERCIAL BID.
4 Against Otter Charges. Amore than one charges are there per Item all the values shall be summed up and indicated in % per unit
Pre Qualification (PQ) Requirements

| The tenderer should have manufactured and supplied a minimum of 500 nos. of idlers for belt conveyor speed of 4.2 U! Sec or more and conveyor carrying capacity of 8000 T! Hr or more within the last 5 years as on schedule date of Tender opening (Cover-I) and must have performed satisfactorily ateast for a period of one year. | |
| The tenderer should produce the following certificates in original or attested copy, substantiating the above point (a) Relevant purchase order (P0) copy(ies), completion certificate and performance certificate from the end user for the satisfactory working of idlers in the conveyor for a minimum one year period for the same PO(s). If the PO or Completion certificate does not contain the parameters mentioned in SI.No.1 above, certificate from the end user(s) indicating the belt speed, capacity of the conveyor in which the idlers were installed should also be produced (b) The bidder who hare supplied rollers previously to SALPG will be qualified based on the performance with SALPG and conveyor speed and capacity of the conveyor wherein the supplied rollers were fixed. However, they should give references of pervious supplies. |
